Big 30th Birthday Soiree: Another R.E.S event!!!

November 9, 2011

R.E.S was contacted to plan a unique 30th birthday celebration!
When I say “unique,” please let me further explain. Everything had to be around the number “30”- the recurring theme:

1-Only 30 invitations sent out for 30 of her closest friends and family.
2- Throughout the party, the birthday girl revealed “30” of her favorite things. Guests had the opportunity of partaking in some of those elements as party favors.
3- Exactly 30 balloons
4- R.E.S designed a photo collage guest book board for guests to sign. The photos were a collection of the birthday girls photos from birth to present day. These photos formed a large “30”.

In addition to the “30” theme, the birthday girl selected her favorite colors for us to work with as the overall colors for décor/favors; Burnt Orange, Brown, and Ivory (sound familiar???). We stated a few days ago how these colors are so “IN” for this time of the year for not just a wedding, but for any event!

Take a look at photos from this 30th birthday bash! Feel free to inquire about our services/rates for not only your wedding day, but ANY special birthday or event TODAY!!!!

717 South Restaurant is a hidden gem in South Tampa.
Fresh seafood, Great drinks, perfect location for small events.
R.E.S gives it 5 STARS and highly recommends!

Birthday girl arrives in STYLE!!!
Upon arrival, the birthday girl did not waste any time thanking all of her guests and showing appreciation for joining her in celebrating her 30th birthday! She began walking everyone thru what was inside the special little boxes.

Each item in the box had its own special meaning to her:

1-       The Earrings were custom made by the birthday girl! She wanted everyone to share her love for cute/unique accessories.
2-     The “30 cent coin” was a super cute idea! Makes me giggle every time. We worked with the bday girl on creating a photo of a coin that stated “U.S. Treasury Bill –unofficial- 30 cent coin, released: 11-1-11” (her actual birthday). Attached to the coin was her favorite candy “Reese’s cup”
3-     Lastly, there were orange scented candles in each box. On the back side, was one of her favorite scriptures-Matthew 5:16  which reads” In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in.”

All these thoughtful ideas made for lasting impressions for each guests. We just loved it!!!

Oh No, the birthday girl wasn’t done with all of the surprises. She then provided each guests with a little envelope that contained her favorite saying “Live Well, Laugh Often, Love Much”. She was super cute. She then stated, “I want to thank you all for coming and wanted to show my appreciate. You get a car! You get a car! You get a car (Oprah’s famous saying)” The backside of the envelope contained, a picture of a car. Inside the envelope was a single KEY. Each KEY had a special saying “Love”, “Friendship”, “Memories” etc. She wanted everyone to have it so they could keep it close to their hears. Awwwwwww

Food was Delicious!!!!

Happy Birthday Ms. November (aka Shanta).
Glad we were able to be a part of your special day!!!
