Remember that moment you first laid your eyes on that
“thing” that made your eyes just widen to its fullest capacity; the “thing” that
made you smile from ear to ear with the cheesiest smile like a child ……whatever
that “thing” may be to you, that “thing” to us, was that moment we first were
introduced to Ivy!!!
Ivy Astoria located in Ybor off of 7th avenue
(former location of Club Fuel) is now open to the public for special event and
wedding rentals. She is the newest, hottest, venue in town offering over 15,000
sq. ft. of space allowing for complete transition and flow especially for
weddings. We were able to witness how much she’s evolved from day one and
friends, she’s a beauty! One of our amazing “friendors” Jennifer S. co-owner
alongside her husband Anthony S. (aka Mr. Stone Chef) extended the warm
invitation to participate in a styled shoot for the debut of Ivy. We jumped on
the opportunity!
What was the
inspiration behind the exterior garden-esque look?
In our many inspiration sessions with Jennifer, we expressed
the need to showcase the outdoor garden area. Jennifer and Liz (of Liz Kimali
Events) began to work diligently and came up with the overall concept. We
immediately wanted to create a floral/greenery table runner to cascade down the
table. We also wanted to provide that garden like feel so we brought in lots of
deflexus (i.e. greenery) and incorporated that into the entire look: the cake
table, cocktail tables, etc.
What was our favorite shot of the whole photoshoot?
It was a combination of this look and this look. The interior shots allowed us to showcase Ivy’s beauty. The wood floors, the beautiful gorgeous chandeliers, & the beams in the ceiling.
We also loved creating the models bouquets and flower crowns. This complimented the bridal gowns provided by The Bride Tampa quite nicely.Venue: Ivy Astoria

Real Royal Event - Dining with a Black Rose || Carmel Kitchen & Bar

Dear Royal Followers,
We had the honor of styling a dinner party for one of our beautiful Royal Clients last week. She completely entrusted us with her special event. From venue scouting, to stationary design (including invitation, place cards, & thank you cards), to all the floral & decor details that brought this event to life! We selected Carmel Kitchen & Bar on N. Dale Mabry as the venue due to its intimate wine cellar.
Since its March and St. Patty's day is is around the corner, we selected this monochromatic color palette but merged it with shabby chic and voila, the birth of a beautiful tablescape occurred right before everyone's eyes.

Bubbly Brunch || Meeting of the Minds

Heyyyyy Royal Followers,
Hope each & every one of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
We
wanted to share with you quickly a recent brunch we hosted for a small group of
business owners. We brought together a small set of business owners to share
upcoming business projects, fellowship with one another, and just in general
have a meeting of the minds.
We’ve come to realize, in general, it’s always
best to surround oneself with like minded people/people who share the same
drive/people who know they have a purpose. Positivity can spread like wild
fires so we want to continue this on a regular as it encourages all to keep
doing what we are doing. We are making an impression. We are being noticed.

We are so excited to share this post with you!
When one of our very OWN decides to go and get her Masters degree,
we absolutely had to go BIG for her graduation celebration of course!
We wanted to do something different!
Something bold!
Turquoise & Purple are such a luscious, bold color combination that will ensure to captivate and be memorable so that was the immediate direction we decided to go! 717 South Restaurant & Bar in South Tampa was the perfect setting since it offers a private dining experience! To top it off, the food was delicious!!! We received these beautiful pro images from one of our fav photographer friends @chaunteldesiree She did an amazing job as always!!!
