We are sooooo eager to share this blog post with you! We had the opportunity to work with the sweetest client on this event. She trusted our vision entirely! With less than 30 days to find a venue, come up with the vision/ layout, secure all vendors, and execute the perfectly planned event to perfection....we did it without breaking a sweat! For this intimate affair, we stumbled upon this cute little coffee shop in Ybor. We met with one of the owners, Roberto, whom was such a pleasure to work with! Once we laid out our vision board, he too was convinced that this would be a huge endeavor however was confident that we would deliver.
For the romantic ambiance, we immediately knew uplighting was a MUST! "RED" screams that Eyes Wide Shut, masquerade vibe we were going for with this intimate setting and adult crowd. Obviously, incorporating masks, large ostrich plumes, and red roses was a no brainer! We called several of our vendor friends to bring ensure this event, since the client was so special to us, to LIFE and ensure that it was PURE PERFECTION!
